Add up all the walls you want foam for. Rough numbers are fine; we double-check the count with you.

How do you want to measure?
Common heights
Plates are subtracted from the wall height to get the stud cavity height. Wood framing: 1 bottom + 2 top plates = 4 1/2".

Actual lumber sizes are smaller than the name: a 2x4 is 1 1/2" x 3 1/2".
